St Joseph River Home
On a windy May morning in 2017 a home on the St Joseph River burned to the ground. (link to news story) The rebuilding of the home was complicated by the fact that a portion of it had been classified within a FEMA flood plain. After several months of working through the flood plain issues, the foundation height was increased and Bullseye Construction was able to design and build a new home similar to the original, on the existing foundation with all of the new living space elevated out of the flood plain.
